Do you clean windows in the rain?
Yes, I clean windows during light rain showers. Since rainwater is almost as pure as the water I use, it won't affect the quality of the clean. However, I avoid cleaning during moderate to heavy rain or if the forecast predicts rain all day. I also offer a rain guarantee: if your windows are affected by the rain, I will reclean them free of charge.

How often do you clean windows?
I offer window cleaning services on a monthly, bi-monthly, or single-clean basis.

Can we skip a clean?
I understand that occasional skips are necessary due to holidays or other reasons. However, if you miss more than three cleans within a 12-month period, your window cleaning service will be cancelled without notice.

What time will you come to clean my windows?
I clean windows between 08:00 and 16:00 but do not schedule specific appointments for regular cleanings.

How do I pay?
You can pay by cash or card at the time of service or via bank transfer. I do not return to collect payments.

What happens if I forget to unlock my gate?
I will clean all accessible windows, but you will be charged the full price. If you unlock the gate within the same week, I can return to clean the remaining windows, but please inform me.

Why might you be late to clean our windows?
While I strive to adhere to the agreed schedule, as a sole trader, holidays, sickness, and weather conditions can occasionally affect timing. Please allow some flexibility.

How do you clean the windows?
I use the pure water reach and wash system for exterior windows and the traditional ‘mop and squeegee’ method for interior windows.

How do you quote?
​I will ask you for photos of your house to provide accurate quotes for window cleaning, gutter clearance, and fascia cleaning. By seeing the exterior, I can assess the size and condition of the areas that need cleaning. This helps me give you a precise quote based on your property’s specific needs, ensuring there are no surprises when I arrive. Plus, it allows me to tailor our services to your home’s unique features!
